Innovative Training for Childcare Providers

Teachers explore play-based learning strategies for their elementary classes

The REV-Ayiti training program provides an intensive exploration of a topic related to the four guiding principles.  Trainings are geared toward those who have a direct working relationship with children, for example kinder and elementary teachers, pedagogical directors, children’s home caregivers, psychosocial group facilitators, mothers, community leaders, etc.

Training participants partake in sequences which include pre-assessments, seminars, modeling and on-site coaching.  The content of the training courses is divided into modules.

Each module has a discreet learning objective based on the following guiding principles.
